At Vila Brazil Steakhouse, you can experience the traditional rodízio dining style. Guests are seated and presented with various grilled meats, brought to the table on large skewers by skilled servers known as “Gauchos.” These servers carve the meats directly onto your plate, offering a continuous flow of delicious options such as beef, pork, chicken, and lamb.
To signal whether you want more meat or need a break, you use a small card with green and red sides. Green means “keep it coming,” while red means “pause for now.”
Alongside the meats, you can enjoy a diverse salad bar, featuring fresh greens, colorful vegetables, and delicious toppings. Customize your salad with an array of dressings and add-ons to create the perfect, healthy meal.
In addition to the salad bar, there is an entrée and side dishes buffet, offering a variety of hot and cold dishes to complement your meal.
From traditional Brazilian sides like pão de queijo (cheese bread) and farofa (toasted cassava flour) to international favorites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
